I'm setting out to do the impossibile.

Ever since I could remember, I've been told I couldn't do it. Doctor's said I'd never have cordination. Could never play sports. Neurologists/ Physcatrists said I'd never learn. Never be smarter then a 5 year old. Through my whole life I've been giving everybody a hey how you...Fuck YOU.
Now I'm dealing with not being able to meet standards. Well I'm doing the impossible. By December 31st/2010. I will be at the physical fitness level of a Canadian Joint Task Force 2( Comparable to a U.S Navy Seal, Just better) Assulter or atleast a Specialist. Atleast meet all those physical requirments.
So next year expect a totally new Dillinger.Who knows maybe Toni will make me his blog boy for a day.

I don't know about enlist it's a possibility. What I mean is meet that kind of physical excellence.

Go for it!!! I KNOW you can do this and I'll be cheering you every step of the way. Maybe I should get my fat ass in gear and get healthier, too.

I actually loose about 7 lbs per hockey game and roughtly 9 lbs per practice. Goalies are wearing 25% of thier weight in equipment.
So everyday I'm averaging a weight loose of 8 lbs and also a weight gaine of 8 lbs. Have to keep vs gain. Goalies have a monster deit that no one in thier right mind would consume unless they were hoping to be olympians and olyimpic goalies eat worse.

I started origionally with 30 sit up when I wake up. 40 sit ups at lunch. 50 sit ups in the afternoon and then 30 before bed.
I increased each with an interval of ten everyweek. At some point you maxx out though. My core needs to be re-trained I lost alot of the strength thier after stoping with acrosport.
